Korra Week 2025 (Patreon)

This week, in between doing more writing and brainstorming for my OC project, I decided to do a few quick illustrations for Korra Week, happening over on Twitter.

The first one with the leaf spirit is titled Growth. I can never pass up a chance to draw the adorable leaf spirit who helps Korra throughout Book 4, and I've also never drawn Korra in her Earth Kingdom outfit before, so for this prompt I thought I'd do a sort of recreation of their encounter in the swamp.

This second one that's still a WIP is for the prompt-less final day and, of course, was inspired by Seven Havens. It's called "Legacy" and I tried to have the composition do the heavy lifting here.

Ever since the official announcement for the new show, a lot of us Korra fans have had her future, death, and legacy on the brain. I feel like I'm more optimistic than most about how Avatar Studios will handle it all, and I wanted to do something that would sort of sum up my feelings on the whole thing.

Keep an eye out for the final version this weekend!
