Next episode is kinda slow nothing really eventful

Aye while S3 has some amazing scenes/story advancement it's finale doesn't really have the typical "big scenes" that we usually got in other seasons, which is a shame but I don't mind since the early/mid season was so strong.

Hollow

This episode reminded me how much the show reduced the number of relatives/children a lot of people have compared to the books. Davos has 7 children and 4 of them were with him on the Blackwater and died. Loras and Margaery had other siblings as well and Loras was already a Kingsguard, Sansa was set to marry his brother Willas. Crippled due to an accident but kind. All these families usually had as many kids as possible for survival and political reasons. And, naturally, because there ain't much in the way of contraceptives. The "Second Sons" mercenary company were so named because they were founded by the second sons of noble familes who stood to inherit nothing, since it all went to the first-born son. Instead of Gendry, the one who was leeched was Edric Storm. Another of Robert's bastards. But this wasn't a secret bastard. Robert sent him a gift every year for his birthday. He was an 11 year old ward of Stannis and stayed with him on Dragonstone. This made Stannis all the more conflicted about "sacrificing" him. Easter egg: When Selyse (Stannis' wife) is showing the containers with the fetuses of her stillborn sons, one of them is called Edric.
