I think your on point about the odd direction because Glenn Howerton the actor of Dennis directed this episode and as far as I know it’s only of the only things he’s directed

Personally love the idea of the gang "choking" at saving someone from choking, haha. Side note: Frank loves food that is "blue", but the first time Charlie introduces him to that concept he doesn't understand it and dismisses it. I forget when exactly it happens, it's such a nothing line back then.

I think this one was epinephrine, which would be instant, but Narcan would be instant almost too and theyd likely wake up very quickly. However, in both cases you still need 911 and get help.
