That scene with Charlie in the rain... gets me a lil teary eyed everytime

Their decision for Charlie to find his true Dad (and it not be Frank) baffled me at first, but then this episode made it pay off with a really heartfelt scene with some real emotional weight. One of those risks they took that I think pays off. The only sad part is the end of the long joke about whether Frank was his dad.

In terms of worst for me: Dennis -> Frank -> Dee -> Mac -> Charlie. All have their moments and can do some really dark stuff, but I think Dennis is probably the worst, even if most of it is innuendo and unproven allegations, lol.
