CrypticBoss

This is the first time EVER I have taken notes while watching a show. Since birth. 📝

This is the Fate Zero / FSN timeline. Technically a FSN prequel. no Apocrypha grail war in this timeline, so Sisigou is just chillin as a freelance mage merc.

F-16

Rail Zepplin is the name of the train

This is in the Zero/Stay Night timeline so no Apocrypha, but it would be about half a year to a year before Apocrypha on the equivalent timeline if that makes sense The kids in apocrypha were wraiths, a type of malevolent ghost, that made up the Heroic Spirit of Jack the Ripper. But honestly solid connection I dont think its a reach to hypothesis or think of that potential connection You writing notes shows how much of a true fate fan you have become Gray is 15, the same age Saber was when she stopped physically aging by pulling the Sword out of the Stone. None of this is spoilers as it was in one of the novels that they skipped over. Gray's family were the keepers of Rhongomyniad and created Gray as an attempt to resurrect King Arthur/Saber. When Gray she did not look like Saber but when Saber was summoned in Fate Zero her face changed to look exactly like Saber syncing up with her. That's why she is called a Portrait of King Arthur. The reason she always wears a hood is because seeing her face brings back bad memories of Fate Zero for Waver. The version of King Arthur in the Nasuverse specifically called out to lead the Wild Hunt is Artoria Lancer Alter Avalon is the land of faeries on the reverse side of the world (where Dragon Sieg took the grail to in Apocrypha) her sheath was named after the place.

100% agree, them mentioning she's a portrait here was supposed to be the substitute which is wild to me

I think Reines' eyes hurting is only when they turn dark orange, like as if they are hardening. Maybe the flames just signal the proximity, and not the volume of the magic.

Also, you might be very happy to have watched this episode before your next Garden of Sinners, wink wink.

Awcher

It is neither pre- nor post- aprocypha, it's a seperate timeline, in Apocyrpha the 4th Holy Grail war (The one with Waver) didn'T happen
