Achilles is goated. He is considered among the strongest Greek heroes and second only to the likes of Heracles. When they talk about him in the novel he is considered Karna's equal and they say that it's like having two star players on 1 team. Chiron despite being a master Archer and martial artist and knowing how Achilles fights still thinks he can't beat Achilles. Heck Achilles is probably top 10 heroes you can summon in a war. His immortality works based on divinity so only a select few heroes with divinity or a Divine Construct (Excalibur, Ea, etc.) Can even damage him. Him vs Karna is evenly matched, Karna has a stronger NP in Vasavi Shakti but Achilles can likely block it with his shield, there should be a paper thin difference in power between the two. It's safe to say he is the second strongest servant in Apocrypha, maybe even tied for first. I will say that both Vlad and Semiramis maybe can beat him purely cus they counter him not because of strength. Vlad is noted to have an advantage over him in the novel and Semiramis uses "Hydra venom" which is super effective against Greek heroes, for example, a single drop of it would kill Chiron and even Heracles all 12 lives, Achilles should be as suseptible.

Achilles even in FGO is regarded as being the fastest Servant on foot. And that is saying a lot given that in general the Rider class only really shows their speed when mounted while the Lancer class is in general the fastest. Oh and as an aside, Medusa (Rider) is the fastest when riding a mount and using her Noble Phantasm (which isn't the Pegasus she rides btw, that's just a mount she can summon whenever). Bellerphon allows her to ride any mount at its absolute limit.

The anime does Achilles and Karna justice BUT the novel does add a lot more context and does the other servants justice unlike the anime. Like Achilles vs Siegfried is actually just a stalemate when both are fighting cqc and its pretty interesting why. Siegfried cannot damage Achilles because he lacks divinity but Achilles actually cannot harm Siegfried because Siegfried has the Armor of Fafnir which blocks out all attacks B rank and below which Achilles strength is actually B rank, that's why in the anime the brief skirmish between Siegfried and Achilles it looks like Achilles dominates him and Fran but after he tries and stabs Siegfried, Siegfried just stands there and takes it and swings his sword, because he took no damage. Vlad is another exceptionally strong servant but that is in the context of Romania, In their home countries of where their legends take place or originate servants get a major boost. Vlad in Romania is on par with Karna and the fight is much more even in the novel, they go as far as to say that no other Lancer besides Karna would be able to compete with Vlad in Romania. And the real kicker about Vlad is his 2nd noble phantasm "Legend of Dracula." Legend of Dracula is a incredible NP that if activated they state in the novel it would allow Vlad to "Rip Karna in two with ease" we don't really get to see its full strength because when its used it is within the Hanging Gardens which nerfs a servants "fame" to 0 which is a huge nerf to Vlad in particular. Dracula in Romania is the absolute strongest. Keep in mind when they fought Dracula they were ganging up on him hard AND were boosted by command spells from Ruler and 1 on 1 with any of them Dracula would defeat them relatively easily.

In the myths, Atalanta was a winners in sprinting actually and tldr she made the one who beat her her husband. I wonder if something like a berserker not alter atalanta can be a thing? Because she might even be able to be an avenger if they want to because of her death in the myths. I'm probably wrong but I'm sure she has enough about her. I'm just being a simp, ignore me.

I'm not saying she isn't among the fastest, and they both did square up in Grand Carnival, but canonically he's still considered faster at least in FGO.
