The "2wei" in the title is meant to be read like "zwei" - the German word for "two" (pronounced "tsvai"). The closest Japanese pronunciation would be like "tsu-ai" where the "tsu" also sounds like how they'd pronounce the English word "two". So, it's kind of a pun.
