I don't want to go home! (Patreon)

I can't believe my 8 nights of vacation is already at an end. It feels like I just got here and already I'm at the airport waiting to board my flight. On the plus side, I love flights because they give me lots of uninterrupted time to just sit and think and write and zone out, which is honestly so helpful for me.

It was great to reconnect with friends and family in my home town, but now I'm really missing my own bed. When I get home, I will for sure be crawling into my covers and really leaning into the chill life. I still have tomorrow and Monday off so it'll be a nice gentle return to reality!
