Early Access and Shoulder Injuries (Patreon)

Hi studs,
I'm just working on the first YT audio for the year as we speak, and will have that posted for you tonight. I recorded two of them so I should be editing the other one tomorrow so that one will actually be properly early!
I'm still trying to nail down the second VA for the Xander script, but time is kind of running out so I may have to punt that into next month and go with my backup idea instead. I'll keep you posted by week's end what's happening with that.
In other news, as you might have read on Discord, I have been dealing with a shoulder injury for the last year and a bit. I definitely injured it at the gym doing push exercises, and I thought that just resting it for a while would make it better, but funnily enough, it didn't. I finally decided I was sick of the chronic pain and went to go see a physiotherapist.
The first surprising thing is that my should is SUPER TOTALLY FINE. It wasn't a shoulder injury at all, but some nerves in my neck which were being impinged by some of my vertebrae. The good news is that I'm cleared the start lifting again (YES) and also that once we can resolve the nerve blockage, with just some simple exercises and stretches, I'll be right as rain again. This is SUCH a relief.
I'm genuinely surprised at how quickly I felt relief! Like, after the session, my pain was almost 80% gone and after two days of doing the exercises at home, I've been able to reduce my pain almost completely. It's wild! I'm so happy.
Anyway, just wanted to share some of the good news with you all!
