i imagine that when kaveh said this about haitham in their big fight, haitham was eventually able to rationalize it thinking kaveh might have said it in the spur of the moment, even if not, haitham was “right” anyway, etc. etc.. but even if he was able to objectively see that it wouldn’t have hurt less 🥲

also i like the thought of kaveh being oblivious to how much his words can actually affect haitham (cos usually in their arguments haitham looks generally unaffected and kaveh’s always the one left fuming), he doesn’t even know what kind of mark he left ..
