TLDR:

I don't have any confirmed plans to give up on Zan or Sal's Gift. But I can't keep it as a sole focus.

I can't keep to a production schedule for the comics, with the mental issues I face. After January 30th all tiers benefits will be removed, and will be for tipping and nsfw access only.

All my work (other than nsfw) will be free access.

I appreciate all of you.

Hello, I apologize that I have been gone for so long. Mental health recovery has not gone as smooth or quickly as I had hoped. To be transparent, I struggle with mental health issues in general as well as auADHD disability. I'm finding that even self set demand at any level makes my brain shut down over time. I kept up with it for so long because I had a large backup of pages that off-set my inability to keep up for a time. Trying to force focus on one project has made me stifle other creative outlets, making the shut down worse.

Simply, I'm incapable of consistently keeping up with this system.

As well as a good art friend of mine has been struggling with cancer for a while now and it has not gotten better, so me and a few of her friends are working together to help her with her own comic while she still can.

However, I never want to stop creating or sharing my creations, nor am I in a position to turn down any support. So I've been mulling it over and I've decided: All promised benefits will be removed, as well as discord (I can't manage or take part in a social space.) Patreon and its tiers will be for tips only (and nsfw access due to a patreon policy.) All the comic pages, including future ones, will be free to read. I also want to share more of my work, be it character ideas/sketches, scripts, illustrations, and maybe even lore dumps.

If this is not something you wish to support, that's completely understandable; The patreon payments will be on pause till Jan 30th to allow any cancellations before it becomes tip only. If you have any issues, feel free to contact me to sort it out.

Thank you, to all who were and are supporting me and even passing readers of my work.

I really appreciate you.

No one is an automated art production machine. Take care of your recovery first, since that's the only realistic way we're getting more of this story and world. Thank you for creating the Zanverse.
