There could be anybody on that plane, his friends, wife, kids, grandkids. This family is ruthless.

The plane was a private business plane. There weren't going to be random people on it. Its why they set up a meeting in a place they would have to fly to so it would be the brothers on the plane. I don't believe the Becks are married as they never have mentioned kids and wives and I imagine they would be a lot less hesitant to attack the others families if they had ones of their own. To be fair, almost everything John has done has been reactive to people attacking him or his family. He isn't like the Becks that go after people that haven't done anything to them and who threaten to take money out of their pockets.
