Grady Memorial is a real hospital in downtown Atlanta but this episode was not filmed there bc Grady is 10th largest hospital in the US and is a Level 1 Trauma Center (extremely busy). Fun fact: I was born at Crawford Long Memorial Hospital down the street from Grady. Also, Keisha Castle-Hughes (amputated arm girl) is an Aussie (Māori).
