2026-09-09 21:00 Omg I loved this audio 🖤 the foley work was so good, I loved the detail of his voice being muffled while he supposedly has his mask on and then clearer afterwards. Plus the sound of the table creaking because they’re going at it so hard? 🖤 Also not me thinking “but it would look better on your floor 🙂‍↕️” and then IMMEDIATELY hearing the line the way I kicked my feet LOL fantastic job Red. Imma call this guy Black Rose 🖤🌹

Dude oh my Gosh, definitely a favorite to listen for the plot and "stuff". 😊 love the details of the sounds making this feel more realistic and love the bond between the villain and henchwoman 🫣 (Especially how it seems that he possibly fell first but love the woman also taking a chance too ❤️)

Reaseen

Oh my Red *fans myself*. Making us want more of this villain and what he can do with those shadow vines. Oof also wondering what he could do to a hero that perhaps has captured his henchwonan and is interrogating them for information to get her back. Okay my imagination is sparked. Great work on pulling us in to another world with your stories and skills vocally and with editing. Can’t wait for what is next.

Vagrant Valentine

Ooh sounds like someone used Debussy to help get that pussy 😏

I don't know whether to call out "Sir", "Boss", or "Master" with this man.

I listened to it since I have the day off and I must say Red. 1000/10 I want more of this man. I love myself a villain who clearly can be unhinged if provoked, also he's such a sweet talker so bonus! 😍

Ashwind

I love this audio red and i love the background noise of the table it give a sense of being in the moment ☺️

Shelle

I have listened 2nd 3rd and 4th time around and I just have one thing to say.....Can he be Clyde to my Bonnie? I'd absolutely love to take over the world with this devilishly handsome villian any day. Actually I'd burn the world for this man. Do whatever his little heart desired of me. And the art!! Whoever drew this man completely took him out of my fantasy brain and displayed that wonderful thumbnail and I would like to personally thank them. Magnificent job as always Red. Thank you for the meal! 😘❤️❤️

beanieweenie

This almost makes me want to take up a life of crime. Almost. Had to shake some sense back into myself since my brain started to fry hearing the table shift around.

I think I understand now why you asked whether I had listened to any of the villain audios before — especially in relation to voice and arrogance. I do understand the point you were making. But I’m afraid that because English isn’t my native language, I may not have been able to explain properly what I meant in my last review. So let me try again. What I meant wasn’t that you can’t convey arrogance or unpleasant characters through your voice — obviously you can. I never doubted that for a second. What I was trying to describe is something slightly different. There are some people whose voices are immediately off-putting. The moment they open their mouths, you can already tell that you don’t like them. It doesn’t even matter whether they’re saying something nice or something cruel — they still sound unpleasant. There’s just something in their tone that feels wrong. I don’t know if I’m alone in noticing this, but I encounter it quite often. It’s less about appearance and much more about voice. Sometimes someone speaks and you instantly think, “Yeah… I want nothing to do with you.” That’s all I meant. So in the end it was actually a compliment. Now, about the audio itself. Starting with Debussy was already a very strong choice. Clair de Lune immediately sets a certain atmosphere. It has this elegant, almost decadent tone to it. It’s basically the musical equivalent of saying “I have money” without ever actually saying it. I have to admit I’ve already forgotten some of the specific details from the opening monologue, but that’s not really the point for me anyway. What matters to me is what the audio does psychologically. The power dynamic is interesting. The character is very clearly the boss and takes certain liberties because of that position. And somehow that triggers something psychologically. It’s not really about whether the situation would be morally acceptable in real life. It’s more about the feeling of being the henchwoman in that scenario — being seen, being important to someone powerful. It creates this strange sense of closeness. Almost as if some of that power spills over onto you simply because you’re allowed to stand so close to it. I found that aspect surprisingly interesting from a psychological point of view. The sound design was excellent again. The clattering dishes on the table added so much atmosphere. At some point I was actually expecting something to break. Maybe it did and I just missed it — I’m not sure — but the detail itself worked really well. And then there’s the voice acting itself. The character sounds very controlled, very aware of his position of power. There’s arrogance there, but not necessarily coldness. It feels more like someone who knows exactly how much authority he has in that moment. And what really struck me is how completely different this character feels compared to something like the “meat sauce” audio. Of course people sound different depending on mood, but this goes far beyond that. This feels like a genuine acting performance. And that’s what makes it so entertaining for me. At this point it has honestly become a kind of routine for me. It almost feels like watching a short film every evening without knowing what the story will be. The only goal is to be entertained by the end of it. So far, that has worked every single time. I’m still waiting for the day when I have to say: “Yeah… this one didn’t work for me.” But that day hasn’t arrived yet. 😉

Personal head canon is that the Villain saved us on accident during a disaster that a hero caused, making us see them as more "Anti-Hero" than a true villain.

sushilvr

A year and some change after this was posted but oh well. Ill be honest and say I found this on the hub before it got restricted but the audio was stuck in my head and im happy I found it again😁
