Happy Halloween everyone!I hope you're all having a sweet spooky day. As many of you may remember this year for halloween we did a community event to have you guys submit a short horror story to be turned into an audio, well I'm happy to announce I've prepared a spooky time for you all. ;)Congratulation to WorldBuilder for submitting the winning pick and thank you to everyone who submitted to the event!Content warning while I wouldn't say this is especially gory or anything like that, it is pretty creepy and obviously - a horror story, so if that's not your thing, please use your own discretion.

I thought it was a WONDERFUL idea to listen to this at 8 AM while I'm trying to fall sleep and wearing EAR BUDS. I actually was fucking terrified... I kept watching my bedroom door because I thought it was fucking real for a second. Good job my friend you once again did an amazing job to the point I was questioning my own reality. 10/10 but please, DON'T SCARE ME THAT BADLY AGAIN!! 😭

WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!!!

What really struck me about this audio is how real it feels. As someone who writes gothic horror myself, it captured something I recognize very well: when you work with demons, darkness and symbolism for long enough, you eventually stop writing about external monsters and start confronting the ones inside yourself. Horror shifts from being about creatures to becoming a process of self-examination, of facing parts of who you are. That depth and atmosphere is what made this one stand out for me. It has a very strong Stephen King energy without feeling derivative. At this point, it’s genuinely one of my favorite audios. ❤️
