Here is the update that adds (almost) a full quest line of the Twins. It's still missing the beginning and the conclusion of the quest and some variants. But it includes all three scenes from the actual storyline:

Alex catches Amelia

I would still recommend waiting until Sunday if you want to play it to have all the options, sounds and CGs available.

Blue Fiend

This version had a bug causing the game to display backgrounds incorrectly. Please re-download the game if you already did. We also replaced the CG of Twins abusing Alex with a revised version.

The update with Twin Scenes has been uploaded. Just download the same link as the last update. It adds missing CG variants from the Twins x Alex scene and adds a dominant path to the Alex x Amelia scene. The last update finalizing this quest will be uploaded this weekend.
