Nessian Drawing Suggestions? (Patreon)

I'm gonna level with you guys, I still haven't read the books 😓 I know, I know, I've got no excuse.

So, my dilemma is I know next to nothing about these two characters. I could do some cursory research and wing it, but I know there's a lot of lore and I don't wanna risk getting things wrong. Which brings us here, to me asking

Can y'all give me some Nessian drawing suggestions? 🙏

It can be a scene from the books or even just something you feel fits them. If you want you can also DM me references for outfits, poses, backgrounds, whatever you feel is helpful.

I'm accepting both SFW and NSFW suggestions.

The one major guideline I've got is to keep your suggestions SHORT and SIMPLE, please. I'm just a girl 🎀

Maybe I'll add some other guidelines, if necessary, but for now I think that's it. I look forward to seeing your ideas and thank you for reading all this.

Nesta is mean and hot and hates everyone and Cassian is life of the party, everyone’s best friend but will cut you into pieces if you hurt his family. They also have a slow burn, “I’m not flirting with you, yeah sure I’d literally die for you but not because I’m in love with you” kinda vibe. Does that make sense?? 😅

An oft quoted part of Nesta and Cassian’s book, and one of their smutty scenes, is when Cassian tells Nesta to “Put her hands on the headboard.” When he comes into her chambers to do the smutty things. I think she’s reading one of her smutty novels at the time and is in bed. Even more NSFW moment from their book…spoiler…. An early makeout between Nesta and Cassian has them against the wall of the dining chamber with Nesta rubbing Cassian’s neathers under his leathers and he gets very excited and comes in his pants and Nesta makes fun of him for it and says “Someone’s quick of the mark.”

My very favorite Nessian moment is after they have sex where she finally feels the mating bond, he lifts up and looks down at her with this expression of *sheer joy* on his face and I can picture it so well and it makes me melt. I love seeing Cassian incandescently happy.

I always imagined that meme of Bane walking towards Batman with his hands in the air and Batman is standing there like 😡 except in this case Bane is Cassian and Nesta is Batman and she would tell him to go fuck himself

Hi! I suggest maybe do the solstice scene of them when they do their forever speeches in A Court of Silver Flames.i really loved that scene and this was the moment they truly accepted each other any being together. 😍

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the scene in ACOWAR conceptualized where Nesta screams Cassian’s name because she feels something big coming that inevitably wipes out a chunk of Rhy’s army, but she saves Cassian by calling for him 🥹 That scene has so much emotion and depth

This is a deleted chapter from the second book that I think can give you a solid idea of their personality. It reads a bit toxic hahaha but I think it shows the almost "enemies to lovers" vibes about them. They grow a lot together as she softens and learns to open up in their book and it's really beautiful. I know it's not short, it's 16 pages, but I think it tells you a lot about them in an "official" context. He's the Lord of Bloodshed and is Rhys' general of ALL of the armies. The man is so knowledgeable about combat and war it's ridiculous. So not a himbo, he's well rounded (no shade to himbo, we loves himbos). - Though the scene shows the personality with Cassian and Nesta during their initial trysts, he is deeply soft for her (and those closes to him). You see it much better in her book, all the ways he tries to care for her because saying "I love you" isn't enough given her traumas. - Nesta is guarded because she loves her sisters fiercely and had a deep brainwash of the fae being bad but she's the kind of bitch queen vibes that loves so deeply which I feel like you could get from this scene. They're just so equally matched.

She basically gives him a look that says “I will unalive you” He teases her and she hates it but secretly loves it but will never admit it. Lol 🖤
