The texts from the book Reading Greek, taught in Latin! Let me know if these short lessons of mine are comprehensible, especially if you don't have the Greek text in front of you. I am hoping that even someone who doesn't have the text, but understands Latin easily, can learn some Greek from these recordings. Χάριν ὑ̄μῖν ἔχω!

Yes, I can follow 70-90% of it - I'm on the move while listening to this, so I can't say what my maximum comprehension level is. I'm probably lower intermediate in Latin - that's a guess. I find the explanations in Latin more useful than in English since the transition between the two languages, Latin and Greek, is more seamless and easier to follow than that between English and Greek. The smaller gap between the languages make the translation less taxing to follow. The sentence patterns and sometimes vocabulary are also more similar. It's a brilliant idea. I love what you've done here. Both languages are aesthetically pleasing to listen to, even if you don't grasp the meaning of the words. I read the text, listen to this recording, read the text again, then listen again to this recording and read the text one more time. Not only do I practise my Greek, but I also practise my Latin. In short, what you've done here is amazing. My only request, if you should have the resources to do so someday, maybe if you employ a helper, is that you transcribe the text. I don't like to miss any words!
