Mondays with WhiteRaven - personality and work (Patreon)

I've made an interesting observation about the way I work. This was a few weeks ago. (2-3)

I'm sure many of you are familiar with the DISC personalities.

I'm a C person, it is my core. Which means I'm focused on accuracy, structure, and doing things properly. BUT! I also have a strong creative side that loves to add more and more when things are going well.

Literally all my life this led me to burnout. Small burnouts, feeling completely overwhelmed. I simply overextend myself, lose structure, and end up frustrated. Because my "I" part is literally the enemy of my "C" part. It is fun how conflicted my mind is or I should say was to itself.

But since the observation, I've been working in a different structure, a more steady pace, clearer planning, and focusing on one thing at a time and I've honestly been getting more done because of it.

Just wanted to share it, I'm honestly surprised by how well it works for me.

Alright now to the interesting stuff.

BOOB work

I've been working on BOOB a lot, adding a new fixer/registrar named Vorr-Kel, he will be giving out quests for the player at the start, you can also skip it. He just makes things "not visible" because visible things draw attention and attention is not good obviously. His first quest is done, I've also defined the role he has over the planet and how future meetings with him will be depending on what the player has done previously.

I've made changes to the city center to make it look more like a part planet with whores obviously.

I've added stress as an important game mechanic, the player will have to manage addictions and will always start with at least one addiction. Stress will increase if the player does not feed their addiction. Feeding it too much will increase the severity of it.

A New Dawn work

I have made a few animations with Priapra and Bogwart.

I'm going to create a preview category in the online gallery getting it up and running tomorrow for the captain tier as another bonus content, I'm going to upload the new animations and images there.

I've also updated the gallery design and I'm happy with the result.
