Bugfix 5.3.2

+ Fixed urinal punishment scene from shopkeeper behind the tavern crashed.

+ Fixed Innkeeper will not remind Victoria about tax on day 3.

+ Fixed Priapra should not disappear in the brothel anymore, only after joining to go to the orc city.

One thing I've noticed, you get sent to the orc city dairy from the dairy in town if you wake up there and get bred. That might be intentional but if so it's not clearly articulated.

is there a way to stay/freeroam in the orc city ? the resistance railroads you into destroying them and bogwarts path is also a dead end

You should be able to leave the mansion whenever you want after the girls have infiltrated the orc city.

Is this the full game or just an update? Do I need to install a core version? I'm on a MacBook Pro M5 pro

The Mac version does not work. Atleast not for me. I have a new m5 pro with 64 gig of ram. When I run it all I get is the The application “Game” can’t be opened. I went down the rabbit hole on the weird Mac quarantine thing. Not sure if this matters but /Users/thomasgarner/Applications/Game.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs is what I actually had to run to get anything to happen. It asked me to give access to my devices (so it could connect to internet I think). I allowed it and then it crashed with a massive error message.

No it does not need permission to open internet it needs permission to write files to your device. To save files. I'm not a mac expert and I cant test it myself, the game is really hard to get to work on mac did you get it to work?

Just want to make sure that this the right spot for me to report issues? For now, no I never did get it to run. I found the browser version and am in the early release. Lots little bugs or oddities. (Like going to the beach and meeting the goblin for the first actually meeting and he acts like we've met) But those issues aren't that big a deal. However the tax collect guy has a dead stop bug. It's the 3rd, or 4th tax increase and when I agree to his special deal, it goes a few more frames and locks up.

Serve his cock. Weird way of saying it, lol. She makes the deal, declares her earnings as nothing (which is odd since she just danced at the tavern). The guy says it doesn't matter, everybody pay's, and then it freezes on the next click.

I can't recreate the bug, I have run all tax man scenes both BE and normal and it does not lock up for me. Do you have a save file at the moment it locks? It could also be the update I made on the nwjs and plugins that fixed certain crash issues.

I do have it saved right before she goes in because the first time I played, I didn’t have any save and I had to start the entire game over. Now, I save it every time before going in. I did consider a browser issue since I use safari so I installed chrome and fire fox but when I log in with them I don’t seem to have my saved games.

Your save file is on your localstorage inside your browser you can download it using the save site and upload it using the same page. https://patreonwhiteraven.com/save/ The page looks awful right now because I'm working on updating the save to allow cross platform saves with the online version, which will also work with browsers.

Found the issue now, there's a lot of animations missing from the uploaded file for some reason. I can see there's hundreds of animation missing but they are not missing in the deployed HTML build. Very strange behaviour. They got lost when I uploaded the zip file it seems. I uploaded the missing animations manually now, the scene should play. Remember to refresh cache. CTRL+F5 Thank you for your patience and for helping me sort out this issue.

No problem. If you ever need help troubleshooting a Mac, let me know. Oh I haven't really dug into this yet so it might be something with the browser, but thought I'd let you know. The second time she wakes up addicted, she goes to the beach, strips down and everything went completely black. game seems to be bugged i cant do the enough dancing dreams to get the bunny outfit. i use the dream selector, but dreams just dont happen?

it was a bug with 5.1 the free version, i started on that one, i then downloaded 5.3 and now its fixed.

I've gotten the same game stopping error twice in the tavern in Orc City. Both times, I bumped one of the orcs or minotaurs, they grabbed her, and before they are finished with her the game freezes, and everything goes dim. I escape out of full screen and see this: Game has encountered a bug. I can see what happened, there's an issue with the speed.js plugin together with the video player plugin, it can create duplicate child updates creating bad timings for the video player plugin. It would explain a lot of the weird crashes that is reported to appear sometimes but never for me. This will be fixed in the next version.

No they are crashing because you hold down the "m" button which speed up the game and can create weird double updates when the videoplayer is cleaning up.

I'm currently working on a fix, I've been adding a lot of guards to the video player plugin, it had none... It will not crash the game in future updates when this happens nor when I wrote a type into loading correct video name. It will just not play the video. This happens when you expect people to write proper plugins. I'm also adding tons of other fixes that might be connected to this type of problem.

Hopefully, it will resolve the issue, however I had considered that possibility before and had avoided holding down the enter key (I've never used m). After I read your response and tried it again I very specifically went through the entire scene, pressing enter, reading, pressing enter, reading..etc. It still froze at what appears to be the end of the scene.

Do you know which one it is, orc or minotaur? The trace leads to the speedup plugin which is why I thought you held down speed up button. But if you did not, then perhaps the plugin is creating 2 child updates without the button being pressed which is only an issue when a video is about to be released which matches your case. However the new fix have a guard against this issue and the speedup plugin does no longer create 2 child updates only 1.

I will try to figure it out. I was able to get through the scene by going a few steps at a time and in a straight line. If I click at an empty spot or to clean up a bottle and let it go automatically, it gets halfway there and she gets grabbed. I have discovered another bug that doesn't stop the game but is definitely not right. I'm still in the first visit. I have the key, and I'm trying to figure out how to get into the mansion. At one point, it seemed I'm going to have to turn somebody in for plotting to take over the place in order to gain trust and enter the mansion, but that idea seems to have passed. I was trying to figure out how to get out at night or distract the guard at the bedroom house so I can talk to one of the other girls. I end up back at the room in the tavern and lay down to wait for night time. I got to the mansion and tested the key. It works and says that this will be a base of operations. That is confusing because I thought I was looking for a way out, but not a base. Regardless, I close the door and say something about deciding to come back later. I leave the mansion, go to the top row of house/cabins. I actually am able to enter one of them but all of a sudden Sarah is with me. We wonder if the minotaurs are naive or if we were lucky twice. This doesn't make sense. Where did Sarah come from? Why does it think this is the second visit? It would seem that I somehow jumped to a scene that should come later on in the game.

Ok, more information on it freezing. It seems to just be the orc's. Also, it doesn't seem to happen when I bump them, just when I have bottles to pick up and they think I'm not doing it. Then, if there are actual images with animations, it locks up. I've noticed a few times that it will on occasion not show the animations but will show the text box's. When it's just the text boxes, it doesn't seem to freeze. Also, it's not consistent. I have three save points. It only seems to lock up under one of them. I'm not certain what I completed thus far under either save point.

Sounds like you triggered a new quest from just checking on the mansion before you're supposed to leave the orc city. I'm going to take a look at it. You don't have to figure it out, but it helps a lot if you know which scene minotaur or orc crash or if both crash the game.

It's possible that you didn't see my previous post because it seems it was submitted while you were writing this one. Definitely an orc scene causes it. Can't tell which one cause I don't actually bump one, one of them just pops up and says I'm not cleaning and the scene starts, it's an orc, and then whether I hold enter or press once after each text, it locks up.

Okey thanks, patreon reply thread is very odd it seems. Not sure why it shows them in wrong order but I did get your information now that its an orc and when you clean the bottle but they all run on a common even so they all should crash. But thanks, now I know exactly where to look. As for the entering the building did you just happen to explore and the door let you enter the building?

Yes. Immediately after I tested the key at the minions. It worked and something about home base and needed to come back later. I then went exploring again and the house up top let me in and Sarah was with me. I think it was the second from right to left.

I found it, it always let you enter the house at night time on the slum, you're supposed to walk into the tunnel and leave but you found a house to enter. Its fixed now thank you for reporting.

Should she be able to leave down the rail tracks and get caught up by the egg implanting plants? Also, not a huge deal but as I understood, she was stripped on entrance to the city and required to be naked the entire time she was her but many times during her travels in the city, she takes her clothes off. I could be wrong about her being naked the entire time but I thought that what they told her.
