This series is so timely, Chris, I love it. I got the 'rona real bad in June, struggled with difficulty breathing for months. Thought I was out of the woods, but suddenly my a1c is "prediabetic" so I've been taking long walks every morning. At 5:24am here in Fort Collins, I'm getting ready to head out right now. So this has been really good for me to read as I steel my smooth, glossy love handles for another excursion. I'll check out Goggins.

Thank you! And I’m happy for your Mileage Career. Spending that much time ambulatory brought me a lot of happiness and I hope it does for you too. Try a six- or eight-hour excursion sometime, it tips something inside you. And, goggins is ridiculous but a fun caricature of macho.

Stavro

This is absolute pure unadulterated top-tier Onstad, right here. The dude has sentences, y'all.

I started running a few years back. 2017. I worked up to a marathon. Ran it. Never ran again.
