PSA: Please Don't Leak Posts (Patreon)

Listen, I lurk the same sites and forums everyone in the NSFW scene does. The only reason it took me until last night to find out this page has been getting scraped is because I don't obsessively search my username online.If you have a problem with Koikatsu artists or NSFW artists in general paywalling their work, I get it. Piracy is weaved into the Koikatsu community's DNA, no one wants to pay for porn, stuff leaking is inevitable, it's the culture. I took that into consideration when I set up this page and my social media, because I don't want to waste my time fighting the current. Let's be clear- Nothing on this Patreon is exclusive. I don't paywall my cards, my mods, or any other KK data, all of it goes public after a month. The only real benefits I offer are early access, poll access, and higher quality versions of the same image sets and animations I, myself, publicly share. The only work I take longer than a month to share is the NSFW sets because I'm lazy about censoring. Everything I post here eventually goes up on my bluesky, twitter, or Pixiv. Please don't undermine the small benefits I can give to the few people who are gracious enough to support me here.

Let me emphasize with you all where I'm at: This page is barely half a year old and this how it looks- I lose supporters at the same rate I get new ones, so I've never even reached 10 paid members, I've yet to pass earning $50 a month, I have more followers on twitter than I do monthly visitors to this site. This site barely earns me enough for two meals. I wish it was explosively growing but it isn't. And look, I'm bad at using social media, I'm bad at marketing myself- I've basically just been hoping something goes viral on Twitter or Pixiv and brings people here cause I got no clue what else to do.I don't mean to get personal, but I'm not in a financially stable situation. I'm likely to lose my day job this year, and if the financial prospects of this page don't turn around before the end of this year, I don't even know if I'll even be around in 2026. Working on art is the only passion I have in my life, and I'm really pinning all my hopes on this project, cause I'm reaching a point where I'm gonna have to decide if I can continue being an artist or not, because life has not agreed with me being one up to now. My posts have been scrapped twice as far as I can tell, first time in December(seriously, barely 2 months after I started? What the hell man?) and again two weeks ago. Not everything leaked, mainly Tier 1 stuff. I don't even know if the leaker is currently here or not, there's always a person who joins then cancels their membership after a day, which is why this post is public so they can read this. It's not cool, it's unnecessary and silly, and I don't want to implement anti-scraping measures. Having to share my posts through password protected archives on separate sites or DM'ing exclusive, individual codes to people so I can track who is leaking is a fucking pain in my ass that wastes my time- time I could be spending actually working. I'm really pushing myself here to learn how to use Koikatsu, Unity, Blender, Clip Studio Paint, Vegas Pro and everything else all the more so I can get better, so I can be the best there is doing this stuff. The less time I spend on everything else, on social media or whatever, means I can focus on working and sharing new work.So, TLDR: be cool people and at least wait until I'm actually popular and this page is actually making me money before ripping me and my few supporters off, please? Cause I really don't want to waste time taking measures against bots, I just want to focus on making art.
