Matt did consider someone hiring Bullseye. Cherry said he and Matt went down that road and couldn't find anything that linked Fisk or anyone to hiring Dex to kill Foggy, so they chopped it up to him going on a rampage to get vengeance.

Do they not have timers on the crosswalks in Australia? Also the timer tells you how much time you have to cross the crosswalk. Apparently Rikers Island has the same security as Arkham Asylum. Sidenote, why is Bullseye in Rikers and not The Raft? Like I get he doesn’t officially have powers but if we can put Hellcat (Trish Walker) in The Raft, we can put Bullseye in it. And why did he take the bullet for Fisk? “That’s what good men do, defend their worst enemies.” What Bullseye said to Matt in prison

Well, here we are, the penultimate episode of the season is in the books and there will be a lot to cover in the finale. I sincerely hope they don't leave us on another cliffhanger.

Just James, Patreon member, penultimate episode in the books, in the pocket, out of sight, this episode was named isle of joy but in Japan it was originally known as the happy fun boat that kills you. Why take a bullet for Fisk? Because he has plot armour.
