This episode was fine I guess nicely acted, Barbara seems a little, how do I put this… not quite right after her traumatic ordeal. Nygma seems to be doing his own thing pretty well getting away with murder seems easy as ordering deliveroo in Gotham. The address of Wayne Manor is revealed as being "1007 Mountain Drive", you can see it on the envelope that Bruce receives. The same address was also used as Wayne Manor's location in the 1993 episode The Demon’s Quest from Batman: The Animated Series.

For like a 3 episode arc on a serial killer I loved it and them brining Barbra back into the story I find interesting like since her and Jim split she's clearly been on a kind of spiral especially letting Selina stay at her place for however long and then she gets dragged into killing her parents by force and out of fear which I didn't see coming and I really love all the actors they have on this show Riddler and Penguins actors are my fav at being creepy early versions of the villians we know but Gotham mainly being about Jim Gordon and the people around him I love makes me appreciate Gordon more and the relationship he has with Bruce like yes batman is interesting but the thing you always here about DC is how interesting the villains are everyone else around Bruce has a story to tell and I love that Gotham is basically that were getting those stories without batman and its good I love it
