I will never feel sorry for Torres her pain is 100% on him just like whatever pain Derek feels with Meredith they are in charge of their lives they aren’t children they know better. The fact that Torres knowingly accepted a marriage proposal from a guy who is in tremendous emotional pain while dealing with a mother & brothers looking for George the baby in the family to help them deal with the loss of their husband & father. George NEVER LOVED her she was his emotional support pet. I knew a Marine who was cheated on by his wife we all questioned her love for him he had his “I told u moment” while being deployed Callie just had her “I told u moment” it sucks but it’s true. Once the shock of losing his dad and the euphoric feeling of being a husband to a woman he thought he loved wore off Callie was going to be hurt due to the marriage ending or living in a one sided loving marriage. At the end of this episode Callie had the chance to end her pain instead she chose to keep it going just like Marine friend who stayed with his cheating wife. To me she lost the right to complain about her loveless marriage the moment she said yes I feel even stronger after she keeps choosing to be in this marriage she knows what time it is with George this 100% on Callie.

I just want George and Callie to break up already so that Callie can move on. And George too I suppose but I don’t really care about him. I love Bailey. The way she “convinced” Meredith to go and work in the clinic was incredible. She also really needed that moment of yelling at Alex. I feel like Cristina should have arranged for Meredith to page her after a minute or something so they could at least find out what Mama Burke was wanting and come up with a plan. Poor Alex. The way he was with the kid was really sweet and it was a good catch from him to smell the meth. I did wonder why he kept smelling the kid! I think there’s supposed to be about 6 years between Meredith and Lexie. Lexie being about 24 and Meredith about 30. How that works with them being essentially 1 year apart in their careers i’m not entirely sure if it’s mentioned or not. I know Meredith has said that she took some time off to travel before going to med school which could explain part of it.

Patrick - Excelsior

Scary indirect family episode. Meredith hiding from step-sister, Cristine hiding from Mother-In-law, Izzy hiding from boyfriend’s wife. Just FYI: S&M stands for Sado Masochism. (things I thought I would never define for a woman 34 years younger than me). I wonder how Izzy does define “horrible people”. Does she decide if they are horrible based on their looks, race, religion, orientation? The only appropriate way to judge is a person is “horrible” IS on their actions. Horrible people are people that do horrible things. I continue to feel bad for Callie. I’m ok with George holding off on telling her since she begged him to for the day, because she was having a bad day. But he needs to tell her the following day whether she wants him to or not. Meredith and Derek just confuse me.
