Juliet or Abigail? Yin or Yang? Remind me not to play Among Us with you and Tony if you ever start a game channel on Twitch.

I think this episode is the first one that really starts to provide a glimmer of what the series can be. Up until now it has just been silly hijinks, which can be fun and all, but suddenly we have a touch of emotional depth too. Between Shawn's mother getting abducted and the scene with Juliet, it takes things to another level.

Interesting not opening with a flashback, hey, Emma Lahana, I know she's in one of the Power Ranger shows, but I mainly know her from Hellcats, the Big Time Rush movie, Cloak & Dagger, she was also in an episode of Stargate: Atlantis. Abigail, well I did think they had chemistry in the first episode and I did say it was weird that they just kind of ended it there. Yes, Lassiter, he's definitely speaking to you specifically, now if You'll just let me look at the next slide, oh, wait, seems like he was speaking to Shawn. Shawn's dad is coming in strong to get Shawn off the case, I mean i get it though, Shawn usually jokes around with his cases, like he's doing now, but this is a serial killer. Gus, thanks for trying to help out. Shawn's mom is back, interesting that the show feels kind of darker than normal so far. Gus really is trying so hard to help Shawn. Hey Abigail, no not a bad time at all, just running after a train right now. Well, that was a risk throwing the phone away Shawn. This time he might actually be talking to you Lassiter. They found her and she's not looking great, but she's alive, so that's good. He took Shawn's mom, they sent people to check on Abigail, at least she'll believe him now. I also miss going to the Drive-in. Ally Sheedy, the Breakfast Club, she's Mr. Yang. So she just gave herself up, interesting. That was really bad timing on Jules part, he's already on a date with Abigail...and Gus, I guess. I thought this was a good episode, it's the best finale they've done so far, that actually feels like a finale and not just a random episode.

The first time in this series where the season finale felt like the season finale and I enjoyed it, plus I loved the scene between Shawn and Juliet at the end.

Pumpkin pancakes are my Favorite pancake. Absolutely love those with some good Canadian maple syrup. In the scene with the rat named Ben, Gus begins impersonating Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson's first solo #1 single was a song called "Ben," which is about a pet rat. The Ford Gran Torino from Starsky and Hutch (1975) and the Peugeot 403 from Colombo (1968) can be seen at the drive-in near the end. Good episode, but I do feel the way the bad guy was caught was a bit meh. I kept wait for some twist at the end that didn't happen.
