Police man, Police dog, their one and the same, also a spin off show? First, why are we just standing there watching Dyson be attacked, secondly, why did we think a hose was the best weapon? It was just an excuse for Dyson to end up in a wet t-shirt wasn't it. Yes, women squeal for good shopping deals and men arm wrestle, shout in each others face and call women babe...but I've never arm wrestled, shouted in someone's face or called a woman a babe...what does that mean? So Dyson is at least a few hundred years old, interesting. So to quote Kenzi, the Ash is continuing to prove he's "an Ash", making all the humans who work for him lock themselves up. Also, I feel like Kenzi still doesn't really like Lauren, interesting, I'm not 100% sure how I feel about Lauren yet either, if I'm being honest. I do remember the times when cherry coke would disappear, I hope that doesn't happen again, unless it already did depending on where people are from, then I hope it comes back. It's interesting that Dyson couldn't give up his wolf for the life of his best friend, but he was willing to for Bo. I don't know if it's a wise decision to be so sarcastic and dismissive with a guy who has access to so many Fae weapons Bo. So Cayden helped Bo, that's good I guess...wait what other wolf is in town, because I only know of Cayden and that feels like it's a little awkward. Okay, so it is Cayden, I know that Bo's a Succubus and needs this to heal and I'm sure Dyson said it was okay, because he had his love ripped out and I think he feels guilty about that, but he still has a brain and can think about how he used to love her and still has other feelings, so I feel like were still punishing Dyson, don't really like that. So, Dyson, Lauren and Kenzi were all just in the other room listening to Bo and Cayden...cool, cool, not awkward at all. Oh, Kenzi's drinking again, keep the curses away from her. Velma...not what I was expecting. I kind of like that the show keeps doing that, occasionally messing with are expectations of what the Fae will be. I think Cayden said he wants this weapon to keep it out of the wrong people's hands, not sure I believe him though. Surprise, surprise, I was right about not believing Cayden. Well, we got Velma settled that's nice, the Ash seems to have...something for Bo. I'm not sure if I would really have wanted to see more flashbacks, but I feel like this should have been longer than 1 episode, like maybe 3, in order for us to connect better with Dyson's friends and people he cared about. Kris Holden-Ried(Dyson) did a great performance showing his connection with everyone and his grief over Stefan's death, but it felt kind of hard to connect to them. Considering we only saw Stefan a little before he died and only got once sentence basically of how important of a friend he was to Dyson, rather than actually seeing how important he was. Then there's Ciara, we only saw her in 1 scene, then were supposed to have strong feelings about him reconnecting with her in the van at the end of the episode, again, they honestly both acted well in that scene, it's just we didn't get to see her enough for it to matter as much as it should have. I really do think it should have been an arc, even though I guess they wouldn't want to spend so many episodes on Dyson I guess, since the show is mostly about Bo. I thought the episode was alright, I think based on everyone's acting, it was better than the last one.
