Nice to see Addison staying around a little bit longer. Always fun to have these crossover episodes and I think they did a good job with these ones over the last few episodes! I think Webber was very unfair with his recommendation. Bailey's right, he's planned out her life for her without ever discussing it with her and then tries to sabotage what she actually wants to be doing. I find it very cute that Arizona uses Calliope instead of Callie. Even though Calliope is her real name and Callie is a nickname, it makes it feel like a cute pet name or something because nobody else uses it. Arizona was very unfair to Callie though. I get that she probably doesn't want to have to experience being with someone that's just figuring themselves out or whatever, but it does feel like Callie worked past that a bit already and seemed pretty comfortable in who she is. Wow, yeah very bad time for Mark to drop that bomb on Derek. But honestly I don't think Derek should really care as much as he does. This is one of the first times we've seen Derek as not a god-like surgeon and it really shows an awful side to him that I do not like at all. Izzie just finds out she probably has cancer and the people she's trusting to diagnose her is the interns? Seems like an awful idea.

I mean, to be fair Izzie is using this as a teaching moment for her interns, which I think it will be a really good one. Plus, it's not like she's jst gonna take everything they do and say as the absolute truth, she'll fact check and be sure that they're on the right track, which is what a teacher does. I also think part of the reason she's doing it this way is that she doesn't want anyone in the hospital to know about her being sick yet, especially her friends, and she can use this to disguise it as a medical game and still get answers.
