Rest in peace Eric Dane ( McSteamy) A.L.S. is a terminal disease that destroys the part of the brain for motor neurons and spinal cord, causing the loss of voluntary muscle control, paralysis, and respiratory failures. i didn't remember Eric also starred in Charmed, but one tv series i will not forget him in was "The Last Ship" (2014-- 2018) ( Dystopian tv series).

God the timing on that after i’d just said Owen hasn’t covered himself in glory so far. I forgot this happened now, that wasn’t intentional! Yeah Owen needs help and while I understand why Cristina might want to forgive him, it’s way too soon to excuse it. Even if it’s not his fault, he’s a massive risk to her and until he gets help for his very obvious and severe PTSD he will continue to be. Of course George is the one that takes Izzie’s cancer as a personal attack on him… Can’t say i’m shocked though. I assume the red scrubs are Oncology (cancer specialist) residents. The Oncology attending that took charge didn’t have the red scrubs which is why i assume that’s the residents. I’m not sure how much sense it makes that our doctors haven’t been in this wing before, but I assume oncology is usually more things like chemo than surgery. Maybe it’s rare that they attempt surgery on patients that are so far along that they also need chemo and such so the paths don’t usually cross. We all know they love to pull out heroics, miracles and one in a million surgeries when it’s someone we know that’s the patient. That’s how I’m justifying it at least… I’m glad Meredith is standing up to Owen like she is. That scene where she quietly stood between Owen and Cristina was very powerful. God I hate Owen though. Genuine hatred for the fact that he refused to help himself for all that time. There’s a very common joke in the Greys fandom that you should always clear icicles off your house because if one falls you might end up with Owen Hunt. It feels odd that they gave Izzie this chance to have babies in the future before the radiation and then limit her to only be able to have kids with Alex? Maybe they’re not fertilising all the eggs or something i guess. Honestly i feel for the family that had the dying elderly relative. They come across as mean spirited in what we see here, but with the context of her being given a month to live 3 years ago and basically being just in hospital ever since, I think it makes a lot of sense and it says a lot about them that they keep turning up even though they’re clearly very busy people. Just in a constant state of limbo for years. I agree that sex scene shouldn’t have happened and if it had to, it went on WAY too long when you consider the context. Really uncomfortable. We could have had the moment where she breaks up with him without needing that scene I think, but I guess the point is to show that she really tried to make it work, but it didn’t need to be that much. Very cute proposal from Derek in the end. Much better than just sliding a ring across to her over the breakfast table or whatever he did earlier and like you say a lot more personal to them than the roses on the bed that he tried when Addison interrupted. Wow long comment this week… Lots of very big things that happened here! Loved this reaction!
