Just wait until Amy finds out why the Doctor said no. River had a very good reason to save Amy. Comfy chair.

You made Shan say comfy chair hehe

Hello sweetie! What’s up you guys jam master jay back again with all the things you didn’t know about this bangin two parter, grab a comfy chair, I made Shan say comfy chair. This Moffat written two parter picks up where we left off with the Doctor, Amy and River jumping out of scary situations if only we could solve every problem by shooting something then jumping as high as we can, I’d love that. Shan how high can you jump? In 2020 Steven Moffat admits that if there was one thing he could change about his run as showrunner it would be Amy trying to kiss the Doctor in this episode. He didn’t like the Amy ignoring the Doctor's protests for laughs and the rather uncomfortable sexual assault undertones. The scene where Amy tries to seduce the Doctor took fifteen takes, as Matt Smith kept kissing Karen Gillan back, can’t blame him. Amy continues the tradition of female companions kissing the Doctor. However, instead of falling in love with him, Amy had plans to take him to pound town, which is all well and good except Amy was engaged to somebody else! which is not cool Amy, not cool! The Doctor's gesture indicating Rory's long nose wasn't in the script. As we know this two-parter was actually the first episodes filmed, before Arthur Darvill had acted on the show, but after he'd been cast. Matt Smith and Darvill were already old friends, so Smith already knew about Darvill's honker and improvised. It took awhile for me to get over DT leaving but by the time this episode aired I started trusting Matt smith as my Doctor, Moffat had me hooked and was reeling me in slowly. How do you feel about Matt smiths run so far Shan? Drink some water, take your meds, touch some grass, behave.

Imagine if every hero in a film or tv show tricked the bad guy into saying comfy chairs. I would give up my life savings if El from Stranger Things tricked Vecna into saying comfy chairs lol.

Yeah Amy trying to kiss the Doctor has not aged well after #MeToo.

I have seen a funny blooper from this episode where Matt Smith messed up the line "The forest is full of angels" to "the angels is full of forests". You can find a blooper reel for this season as well.
