Hey Shan hope you’re good and don’t have a song stuck in your head like JD, speaking of. The real JD was also a medical advisor on set. ABC passed on this show and it went to NBC instead. They were the only show on NBC owned by ABC, which is why they were moved about in the schedule and fuct with constantly. The ‘I miss you so much it hurts sometimes’ was a line mistakenly uttered by creator Bill Lawrence on a drunken night out in his student days whilst talking about his girlfriend at the time, and his friends never let him forget it. How many pairs of bowling shoes does Nurse Roberts have, we will never know.

At one point in the episode, Dr. Cox says " I swear to Aisha..." and if you look closely you can tell that this is dubbed over. Originally he was to say, "I swear to Allah," but as the episode was had been filmed before 9/11, , it aired a month after. It was changed out of resepect for sensitivities.

Dr. Cox is my favorite character so far, he makes me laugh the most. I used to hate the song A Little Respect by Erasure when I was younger, but I acually like the song now, so I enjoyed when everybody had that song stuck in their head and was singing it throughout the episode, so I probably would have hated it when the episode first came out. JD and Elliot should have just kissed, but I guess they don't want to make them a couple just yet.
