Alright Shan, how’s it going alr *waves* The a-capella band that Ted sings in is his band there called ‘The Blanks’, the episode was written to feature Their rendition of the Superman theme song, which makes sense cos of the theme of the episode, and why Dr cox has a red cape flys out the window and poses like superman at the end, but when the rights couldn't be obtained, the song was changed to Underdog. When Bill Lawrence found out about Teds band he found an excuse to put them on the show. Speaking of Bill Lawrence he wanted Brendan Frasier so badly on his show that he sent him one script and a really good pair of gym shorts because the only thing he knew about him was that he loved going to the gym, so that he would say yes and he ended up coming on and doing a two parter. Turk found out he wasn’t the best surgeon, not only that but The Todd was better than him in the eyes of his peers and he chose to work harder rather than wallow in self pity. Carla stuck up for her friend which was great to see, and JD realised his hero Dr Cox was not a hero after all. By the way Mr Skin was the website all teenagers used to visit when we wanted to know if an actress we saw on television had ever been naked in anything, wether it was top bottom side boob or uncovered ankle. Three roses. 10/10 no notes. Two part banger. Tingle in my giblets. Full beards all around.

when Ted's a capella group sings Underdog theme and Speed Racer theme, it got me thinking when I was in high school in 2004, at halftime of every Detroit Pistons playoff game, I would sing the Friends theme song and a few others at my cousins and when the Pistons won the championship, for some reason there was an article in the local newspaper about the the watch partys and a small piece about the singing at halftime was in the article. All of my favorite characters have one thing in common, they love to give JD a hard time, yup, Dr. Cox, the Janitor and Jordan. I'm loving the janitor just going into JD's locker to read his journal and saying what he knows about him back to him. Dr. Cox is still the best.
