Of the last three season finales I would say this was the weakest, my order would go season 4, season 3 and season 5. In season 4, both Juliet and Abigail were in danger in the episode, and Mary died. In season 3, Shawn’s mom was in danger, but this season finale, no one was in danger til Shawn and Gus entered the house. Mr. Yin was played by Peter Weller who played RoboCop in RoboCop, that’s where I know him from and I love RoboCop, some of the special effects don’t hold up today, but I still love that movie. For a case of Shawn leaving vinyls of his at his parent’s house, my guess he wanted to leave home and didn’t care what he left behind. He and his father had a bad relationship back then and probably did’t take a lot of stuff with him. Now Carlton knows Shawn and Juliet are dating, at least that happened at the end.

If I get to pick my firing squad, I pick Stormtroopers. I’ll live a looooong life. I liked it. Good episode, simple but PK. The scene where Juliet takes the gun from the blonde apprentice to Yin, Juliet does the fancy gun cock they love to do on TV/movies. This is (actually hard to do with 99% of shotguns. This means the gun wasn’t cocked the whole time she’s been carrying it? That’s stupid, no cock means there is no shell in the chamber. If there had been a shell in the chamber, the gun would have either gone off or ejected a shell when cocked. Neither happened, this means no round in chamber. The gun would not fire until she did cock it. Gus and Shawn could have easily charged her and took gun away from her at any time. Come on people, this is Murica, we know our guns. You always chamber the round before going into dangerous situation. The actor playing Yin, Peter Weller, was born in 1947. Ally Sheedy playing Yang, was born in 1962. So Weller is 15 years older than Ally. Take 2 years off her age ad one to his and the characters could be 18 years apart, so … possible. Well, Lassie knows now.

Kid sister or brother is common usage in the United States. Have you identified yin yet? Do you have a VCR? Sit, Ubu, sit was a common sign off for some TV shows in the 80s.
