The issue with being highly allergic to his semen is that she can not contact it in any way. That means no oral (her on him), anal, or vaginal sex. Also no hand jobs, foot jobs, or pulling out. In most of the US minors are not allowed in sex shops. But it is regulated locally. Yes, the US has some serious issues with abuse by ICE. I will grant that in this case they are at least following the laws of the US Constitution. Something that ICE does not do now. Why is this happening now. Fear. Politicians have stoked fear in the populace to win elections. They have created a boogie-man so that they can “come to the rescue” and chase him away. There is no proof that illegal aliens are doing our country any harm. In fact the contrary is true. They have been and are a necessary component to our country’s success. One important note: The US is not the only country that has been engaging in these abuses towards immigrant or the vilify of those from distant lands. Much of western Europe and Australia have adopted similar polies in the last decade.
