Hello Shan how art thou? I love Turk but as a man I can tell you on behalf of all men everywhere we do not put our underwear in the fridge. On a cold day they go in the microwave for extra warmth. The word "gomer" is a real life medical term and means "Get Out of My Emergency Room". Mr Gomer is a patient from the season one finale episode My last day. In this episode it is revealed that one of the doctors names is "Dr. Brogen" who was caught for moonlighting. In S3E03 “My White Whale" he was called Seth which means his name is Seth Brogen most likely due to his resemblance to Seth Rogen. This episode was originally meant to feature John Ritter reprising his role as J.D.'s father Sam Dorian and explore his relationship with J.D., with Sam being the one to stand up for his son to Dr. Cox at the end. However, Ritter passed away on September 11, 2003, the day before he was meant to film his scenes, leading to the episode being hastily rewritten to feature Dan instead. Bill Lawrence confirmed that Dan's emotional speech at the end of this episode, where he admits he knows J.D. will never look up to him but he does look up to Dr. Cox and it is therefore imperative Cox set a good example, was meant to be delivered by Sam. Two roses, excellent work from the boys, the only downside is I haven’t found a nurse in the woods talking dirty on the phone to her boyfriend yet. No matter how times I frequent the Forrest.

Ted competing against Baxter gets me every time. As always, he's my favorite.

I enjoyed Dr. Kelso in this episode, especially when I thought he called his wife but it wasn't, that was hilarious. I didn't like JD being an asshole to his brother, unless he did something unforgivable to JD, I disliked him in this episode. Dogs are 100x better than cats.
