Zach finds this episode meh, he has said there is some funny stuff in it but overall he finds it meh. He must have been in a bad mood because I found it very funny. The phrase "I'm just joshing you" comes from mid-19th-century American slang, where the name Josh (short for Joshua) was used as a generic, stereotypical name for an unsophisticated rural farmer or gullible bumpkin, basically someone who who was easy to fool or play pranks on. This episode has a lot of mentions of sex and it’s practical uses in relationships, for Cox and Jordan it was used to heal there relationship for Carla and Turk it made Carla feel good, and poor JD had skinamax Is it possible to orgasm after a pelvic examination?
