I love how Angel has gone to such a dark place... but it's ANGEL himself going there... and it seems to have nothing to do with ANGELUS.

Except those 12 demons were probably irrelevant in the bigger scheme, while the 1 demon the team killed actually mattered in the greater conflict.

I always loved how Dru delighted in the premonition of being on fire...minutes later with the screaming and running not so much! Sometimes reality sucks!

Well it was a joke, but if I am being serious, the ones that would have survived Darla and Dru’s auditions would have been major threats to the city since that was Darla and Dru’s plan. It may not have mattered to TPTB’s, but (and I’m not elaborating on this)... who cares about what they want?
