To be fair, Elena could've just broken Jesse's neck, she didn't have to stake him.

Carolines attitude in that scenario is pathetic... You remember that Caroline killed 12 witches to save Bonnie... She could have found another way.

Guys liking short hair on women is actually quite normal around here. And Bonnie's hair cut is adorable!

Big disagreement on Bonnie's hair, I think it looks both hot and adorable :D

But the difference is that Jesse lost control, whereas the witches had the clear intention of killing Bonnie. Plus, Elena could have snapped his neck, if Caroline did that to the witches they'd still be dead. That said, it's a little tiresome that we have to repeat the whole "Damon is bad for you, Elena" thing with Caroline again. Nobody cared for it the first time...

Fly on the Wall

I honestly think it depends on the girl and the haircut. But I would say the majority opinion is usually longer is better.

I think your splitting hairs here. Caroline was totally ok with killing innocents to save someone she cared about. She just doesn’t care about Damon all that much.

4Tom4lepus4 -- I only just saw this comment, so sorry it's so late, but I gotta say, it's ridiculous to think Elena had any chance of snapping Jesse's neck quickly enough to save Damon's life. Normal vampires (not affected by the ripper virus) get stronger as they get older, and Jesse was too strong for Damon, who's been a vampire for close to 150 years, to fight him off. If Elena, who's been a vampire less than a year, had attempted to take out Jesse using less than lethal methods, it would have ended with Damon's head rolling on the floor and Elena herself as the next item on the menu. There is no chance she could have simply snapped his neck quickly enough to save Damon's life. Also, this part isn't directed so much at you in particular as at the fandom as a whole, but I wonder why I never hear all this hand ringing and finger pointing over the fact that Stefan staked Vicki rather than just snapping her neck.
