Fly on the Wall

His problem was he spent another 50 years being tortured because his friend left him there.

We're all biased towards our favorite characters. I couldn't care less about Aaron either. You do you. It's your reactions. Don't sweat it.

Damon is my favorite character as well. I do think killing Aaron entire family (innocent ones was wrong). I understand why he did it though they could have ended up doing the same. I see why Enzo is made at Damon too even though I'm not mad at Damon for leaving him. Enzo is just that really loyal friend that would have died for Damon. I like the originals better this season as well this season is kind of a yikes.

Damon's Humanity was off when he met Lexi last season, it had been off for 20 years as was brought up in that episode. In TVD fashion, they connect something in mere passing from the previous season, to the next Season. Just like how in season 3 Damon knew about the sire bond when he realized Tyler was sired, how did Damon know that? Answered in the next season. Once again also tying back to Season 1 with the animal attack on his Uncle and Stefan being there at the house in 1953.
