There is also the movie after these 13 episodes. As for Brooklyn, I think that mostly depends on your demographic. It's an extremely diverse borough, but a lot of it is now younger and newer people to the city. Traveling in and out of there sucks because it doesn't really have any good public transportation (it's been a bit since I've been there). It's a great place to be once you're there though. At least parts of it. Like most "cities", it has its good parts and its bad parts. A majority of the New Yorkers that don't like Brooklyn are from Manhattan.
