These martial artists are all extremely talented, love Frank Dux's story in this. You guys be the judge if the story is fabricated or real, but I'd rather let it sit in my mind that some cool guy brought this culture of mixed martial arts into the limelight with this film which definitely inspired me to just learn the reverse roundhouse kick, and jump kick moves. Martial arts for me is about all life skills learned through movement and patterns, the athleticism/flexibility gained is always a huge plus, but the discipline gained is key. *Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
