Is this your first Bo Derek movie ?? I would highly recommend the movie "10". This was her breakout role and has the hilarious Dudley Moore in it.

Both Norm MacDonald and Adam Sandler said that Chris Farley was the funniest guy they ever met. That's pretty high praise coming from those guys.

Tommy Boy was so fun just what I needed. Hadn't seen it in years. Chris Farley's just undeniably funny. All in on every bit. Love the sailboat scene and the airplane bathroom. So many sneaky one liners. The old lady going off about whores coming to town kills me. Really fun watch a long.

Farley and Spade did another movie a year later called “Black Sheep” which was not as successful, but not bad. We had the trailer playing at Hollywood Video at the time and these two stoners came in, laughing and pointing at the TV “Dude! Look! Tom-my Boooyyyy!” LOL They must have said “Tommy Boy!” like 15 times. I didn’t have the heart to tell them it wasn’t the movie.

Many years back my family were staying at a hotel in PA, me my cousins and my uncle were stupidly knocking on doors doing that housekeeping joke, and I knocked on a door and said "house keeping, would you like me to jerk you off". little did we know we just did that joke on a local/state judge haha thank God that judge was having a good day apparently and he had a sense of humor. But our parents were pissed lol

To this day, the tribe I grew up with. Whenever we all meet up someplace to catch up. ALL OF US still do the ‘housekeeping’ gag on one another, knocking on each other’s hotel room doors. Yea this is silly. It was universally panned by critics when it was initially released. But, it’s harmless & hilarious fun. Spade & Farley went on to star in a couple of more movies together, but never quite captured the spark of Tommy Boy. 🥹🤣
