FYI: I looked up each movie individually (release dates + box office context) to see which ones were actual summer blockbusters at release. Only a handful truly fit the classic big summer blockbuster mould. Many were solid successes or cult favourites released outside the peak summer season. For the poll, I picked as many as I could and then just went with the overall vibes afterward!
