Some real heavyweights in this poll but holding on to the hope that you catch Punch Drunk Love eventually, truly one of Adam Sandler's most underrated films. I love it.

Clay F

Great poll. I voted for 14 of the 20. I am thinking Gran Torino will win, which I would be happy with. I've watched Gran Torino several times.

Hunter DeRensis

Several excellent choices on here, but my top are Punch-Drunk Love, which goes so underappreciated, and the masterpiece Night of the Hunter.

zynjams

I didnt like anything on this list. some worse than others.

Brian

It doesn’t appear to have a chance in hell to win, but everyone here needs to see Fearless, if you haven’t. It’s such a great movie. Not to give too many spoilers away, but that movie inspired an event for me and an old friend many years ago. We’d both recently lost someone close, and we both went ‘shopping for the dead’, at the time. Very therapeutic. ❤️

Wade Wallenstein

Shame Ernest Goes to Camp doesn't have more votes. I'll take that over "Critically Acclaimed" or "Award Winning" any time.

Norman

If you enjoyed previous Billy Wilder films, Ace in the Hole is amazing (and not one of his famous films).

Kim

Sneakers is definitely a hidden gem.

Jon Anderson

Some great options here. I think Magnolia would make for a great review, though I think of it as more of an opera than a movie.

Strangelove50

Looks like so far Gran Torino is in the lead; great movie, but kind of 'on the beaten path' among reactors now. OK, correction, now looks like Mars Attacks is in the lead, not really a big fan of that one. A few others on this list, especially Downfall, are great and could use more attention.

RFK Fan

If Mars Attacks wins this poll im officially slitting my wrists..

Cliff Adams

Ford vs. Ferrari features characters based on people I once worked with. Some performances are as close to dead-on accurate as I can imagine, others are so-so. But the theme is spot on. I prefer older films, but FvF is wonderful.

Andrew

All great movies! Rudy, IMO, has a two tissue box potential.

Catchermag

I’m just happy Night of the Hunter got some votes! Looks like Gran Torino AKA Clint Eastwoods grumpy old man movie will win. Not my thing but a full throated congrats to those who voted for it!!
