I can't believe I didn't really talk about Ichigo accepting both White and Yuha as Zangetsu because wow that was such a beautiful and strong moment for him. I just had to watch the episode again to really process everything but WOW. I love Ichigo so much you guys... REMINDER: You can use the collections feature on Patreon for easier access to reactions.

Bleach was my gateway to anime as a kid. Love it to death, but I can recognize its flaws. This particular season though... Genuine masterpiece. Every episode was 9.5+/10.

Quique

Maybe you are thinking of Hallibel? I remember she had like a hole in the middle of her sword as well, kind of similar to Ichigo's.

sakinah

WAIT ACTUALLY I THINK IT IS HALIBELS SWORD THANK U HAHAH

Quique

Hahahaha I thought so, only one I could think of 😂

I'm sorry that I‘m not a native English speaker, I hope you can understand my weak English expression. 😭 Kubo actually replied in a Q&A (KlubOutside) that both Histugaya and Rangiku recognized Isshin when they were in Karakura Town. But they decided not to say anything, choosing to respect their former captain's decision. So Histugaya said something like "I'm glad the Substitue Soul Reaper after Ginjo is him (Ichigo) " in episode 365. Not only because of his trust in Ichigo, but also because he is grateful that Ichigo is the child of Isshin.

Keke Wei

Btw, Haschwalth actually has a nickname that will appear in the first episode of season 2 haha. But Hashi is so cute, love your reactions.🤗

Dragon Puncher

About Kubo's writting process he has said he has some bigger plot points he decided way in advance. Like Ichigo being a Quincy was apperantly the plan all the way from the beginning. It is even foreshadowed by Ichigo's first bed sheets being the Quincy cross 😳 Others are just something he figures out as he goes along. He has said that he often has ideas for specific dialogue he wants to write or events he wants to happen and then he works backwards and figures out how the story can get to that point naturally.

Not sure if Patreon will let me post this but now you’ve gotten this far it’s not a spoiler anymore here’s the solo pictures of every original gotei 13 captain and their name and squad. The spoiler was that unohana was squad 11 captain. https://gallusrostromegalus.tumblr.com/post/723406597145149440/the-original-gotei-13-members-illustrated-by-tite#notes Jugram is super hot but tbh I think he looks way better in the manga than in the anime if it’s believable. I’m not 100% happy with how the characters are drawn in the new anime even if it’s pretty good overall. You can watch the cour 1 opening now the only spoilers in it were for this cour there’s nothing later than that in it. And for cour 2 you can watch that opening immediately there aren’t any spoilers in it.

sakinah

omg thank you for letting me know about this!

sakinah

oooo excited to find out what it is and haha thank u! im so glad you love it!

sakinah

WAIT OMG i just looked it up and omg the bedsheets.... 😳 thanks for letting me know about his process! its always interesting knowing about the bts of the whole making of the story

sakinah

thanks so much for the link!! omgggg chika and furuoki are so hot 😭 i wont look up how he looks like in the manga in case of spoilers but i'll trust u on that 🤣

Enalyram

Sadly that’s all there is of them. These guys weren’t even in the manga. Totally new to the anime so it was really crazy when they appeared. You can look them up as much as you want there’s nothing to spoil you’ve seen as much of them as manga readers. Although you might get spoiled by unrelated stuff if you search for them. This was shown in the ending to episode 7 but this is the full group picture. It’s the only other piece of official art they show up in. https://x.com/buried2x_/status/1687208208862171149?s=46&t=KXKLTK7jFlxbP0xZLpL53w

Ichigoat

Crazy foreshadowing way back in like the early 100s when ichigo was training in his inner world White appeared and Ichigo asked him where is Zangestu and he replied with "I am Zangestu" we thought he was just messing with ichigo and trolling him. No that man was not lying

T

sakinah

I was about to comment that thank god I saw this comment! White never lied even when he said "I achieved bankai the same moment you did" because Old Man Zangetsu was probably blocking his knowledge of his own bankai too. But from the past episodes it seems that actually White knew what Zangetsu was doing (the suppression part) and it seemed to me he got along with it and never told Ichigo anything about it. Maybe he understood this was the best way for ichigo to not be overwhelmed by information and it was better for ichigo to discover the truth in his own way and time?
