Happy April 7th everybody

I have a routine when I have to go to a big social event like these gallery things.

On the way to the free way I listen to some death metal or hardcore. To amp myself up

On the freeway I switch over to some spoken audio like an audiobook about stoicism or a dharma talk. Something about going with the flow and not fighting back against the way things are just to kind of accept how uncomfortable I am about to be.

Then when I get off the freeway I switch to the album admiral fell promises by sun kil moon because his guitar and singing on that album really chills me out

Today I just slept a lot.
