Mitsuko noticed her former co-actors right after learning just how pregnant she was. She tried her best to go unnoticed as she waited for someone at the front counter, shielding her significantly noticeable bump in shame.

Although she stumbled with Felicia sparingly at “work”, she wasn't used to interacting outside the studio. As for Shirley, they hadn't seen each other after she went independent. How would she react? Would Shirley hate her just as she does Felicia?

In the end, Mitsuko decided it would be best to keep her distance. She had already contemplated moving away from the industry after what happened, so perhaps she would need to step away sooner than planned before her guilt ate her alive.
