I like the idea of roy slowly turning into a female. A transition done by magic that could be reversed of so pleased. But he has to turn into a trap then a trans woman then grew a vagina between the balls and butthole

I have no actual problem with the momentary transformation idea. But the whole thing with Kim sounds not good. I have seen many such things and most of the time the characters just look utterly stupid with enlarged proportions like that. Especially when its only the hips and breasts. Of course thats only my tastes speaking and there are probably people who like it. Also have you thought about eggs?? I mean its a fantasy world so who cares and you wouldn't need to think of body alterations.

Wish there was an option for neither, honestly it doesn't make much sense to play the futa on male version if either of those things happen I'd rather him not change into a woman temporary or not so I'll go with uterus in hopes it doesn't change anything drastically

Kim has already turned into basically a Futanari, fixing the problem with the "Active sex" scenes, the natural development would be in this case to make roy a female temporarily, just like Kim doesn't become a permanent futa.

Kim is mostly on the quite small side when it comes to proportions, specially in a porn game. I don't think Alek wants to make her a bimbo, just on-par with some centaurs, maybe.

Going off what Verethragna said, I like the idea of Roy and Kim both gradually becoming futanari, as everything else in the world is. Or having the option of a ritual to change them.

I agree with Abagofbabies in that to change Roy into a female (temporarily) would defeat the purpose of Futa on Male. But I also understand that the decision to get impregnated is optional, except I hate missing content. LOL. I've read Futa stories where the male develops a uterus and gives birth anally, but that always remind me of my younger school days the bullies would tell you that instead of being birthed your mother shat you out. LOL. Just my opinion. =-)
