After a long time, I want to try creating a comic page with pokemon. I want to see if I can create a "Zourik effect". Do you have any ideas for achieving this goal?

How about following a Gym Leader trying to manage a gym?

How about a story about a rescue team base on the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series?

How about a story about all the Kanto starters each starting their lives in the big city?

A castform who lost his job at the news station and finds different employment?

How about a story about a very intimate relationship that forms between a trainer and his Toxtricity (Amped Form), who is a bit rebellious and arrogant?

Zourik has many other stories that are not pokemon (nor incest related) that are equally popular. I think that one of the keys to the "zourik effect" is more a combination of compelling characters and the consistent and regular updates than "pokemon".

I don't know much of the pokemon fandom, but i think you have here a lot of plenty ideas, so i don't know what to suggest, but one classic thing is the taming of a beast by a tamer, who will win?.
