The kittens saga comes to a abrupt end as they went missing Saturday morning. All three. I don't think the mama cat moved them because she kept looking around my apartment meowing for their attention, and spent hours chilling in my living room yesterday and today. With the wood fence around my patio it'd be hard for them to slip out outside of getting through one plank on the far side corner. One I could understand maybe getting out and wandering off, but all three at four weeks old? Nah. My bet is that someone came and hopped the fence and took them. Reason being that I came home from work Thursday and some neighbor I don't know was holding two of them while the mama cat was not having any of it. Plus either them or someone else had grabbed a small dish that was far from the edge of the patio and filled it with food without getting any anywhere.

I feel bad for the mama cat having to lose her kittens, and I feel bad for the kittens now going to have issues when they get older due to being ripped from their mom at such a young age. But what can ya do? That's apartment living for ya.
